What Solviro is

Solviro is a free fitness app. It helps you build a training plan, log what you actually lift, track what you eat, and work out some useful numbers. There is also an optional paid membership, Solviro Max, described below.

It is a tool, not a coach and not a clinician. It records what you tell it and does the arithmetic.

This is not medical advice

Solviro gives you general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, and nobody here is your doctor. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, managing a health condition, or taking medication. If something hurts in a way that feels wrong, stop.

The calculators produce estimates from population averages. They do not know about your medical history, your injuries, your medication or your circumstances. Treat every number as a starting point to adjust from, not an instruction to follow.

You train at your own risk. Lifting weights carries a real risk of injury, and you are responsible for deciding what is sensible for you.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a code we send you. Keep access to that inbox — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

One account per person, and please use a real email address so you can actually get back in.

Using it sensibly

A short list of things not to do:

• Do not try to break, overload or attack the app or the services behind it
• Do not pretend to be somebody else
• Do not use Solviro to harass anyone, in the app or in our Discord
• Do not resell or repackage Solviro as your own product

Credits and cosmetics

Credits are earned by training, and a set amount also comes with each Solviro Max payment. They are points in an app: they are not money, they have no cash value, they cannot be bought on their own, sold, transferred, refunded or exchanged for anything outside Solviro, and you do not own them in any legal sense.

Credits from training are limited to 500 in a week. Credits that come with a Max payment are on top of that.

Tags, name colours and coach accessories are decoration. They never change how the app trains you, what it recommends, or what your statistics say — that is a deliberate rule and it will not change.

We may add, change, retire or re-price items. Where something is sold as limited-time, we will honour that: if you bought it, it stays yours.

Solviro Max

Solviro Max is an optional paid membership. It adds extra tools (the full list is on the Max page) and removes the ad space. Everything that was free before Max existed stays free.

Who you are buying from: payments are handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, which appears as Link on the checkout page and on your receipt. For the payment itself, Stripe (Link) is the seller: it charges your card, adds and pays the VAT or sales tax for your country, sends your receipt and handles refunds and payment questions. Solviro provides the membership itself.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. If you pay in another currency, Stripe shows you the converted price before you pay.

Free trial: the monthly and yearly plans start with a 30-day free trial, once per account. A card is needed to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the plan you chose starts and your card is charged on the date shown at checkout.

Renewal: monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. Lifetime is paid once and does not renew.

Reminders: Stripe emails you before a trial ends. Solviro also emails you two days before the trial ends and before each renewal, at the address you sign in with. That email is on unless you switch it off on the Max page.

Cancelling: go to Max, then Manage or cancel. It takes two taps and there is nothing to argue with. Max stays on until the end of the time you have already paid for, or the end of the trial, and you are not charged again.

Your 14-day right to change your mind: if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days and get your money back, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal option in Stripe's order pages (linked from your receipt) or email us and we will arrange it. If you used Max during those days, the refund for a subscription may be reduced by the share already used, where the law allows that.

Refunds outside that right are at our discretion; ask, and we will be reasonable. When a lifetime purchase is refunded in full, Max is switched off.

What comes with a payment: credits (1,000 with each monthly payment, 12,000 with each yearly payment, 1,000 a month on lifetime), the Donator tag after your first payment, and a purple ring on your profile picture while Max is active. The tag is kept when Max ends; the ring is not.

We may add to Max, and we may change its price for new members. If the price of a plan you already have is going to change, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

You need to be 18 or over to buy Max, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase.

What you put in

Your training log, your diary and anything you write stay yours. We store a copy so it can reach your other devices, but we claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it, share it, or use it to train anything.

If community features arrive later and you choose to post something publicly, we will ask separately at that point.

Advertising

Solviro carries a small ad space to help cover its costs. Any advert there is sold directly by us — no ad network, no tracking, and nothing about you is used to target it. Solviro Max members do not see it.

An advert appearing in Solviro is not a recommendation from us.

No guarantees

Solviro is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or never lose data. Keep your own record of anything you would be upset to lose.

We may change or stop features. We will try not to do that carelessly.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss of data, or any loss arising from using Solviro or relying on its numbers.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Slovak or EU law, and nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Those cannot be signed away and we are not trying to.

Ending it

You can stop using Solviro whenever you like, and delete everything from Account. We can close an account that is being used to break these terms.

Law, and getting in touch

These terms are governed by Slovak law. If something goes wrong, please email us before doing anything formal — most things are a misunderstanding and easy to fix.
